“Where do I send my machine?”

Our address is: 22622 Lambert St, Suite 304, Lake Forest, CA, 92630 – we are open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm PST.

“When will I get my machine back?”

The current turnaround time is 4 to 8 weeks for warrantied repairs, and the same plus processing/payment time for unwarrantied repairs. Keep an eye on your email for communications from us as missing this may cause further delays!

“How do I pay for my repair after I’ve heard back from Bishop?”

Don’t pay until you hear from us! We’ll let you know the total – then, payment will be taken here:

“Does Bishop cover shipping?”

We split the difference – for domestic shipments in the US you cover shipping it to us and we will cover it on the way back. International return shipping is handled on a case by case basis.

“Will there be import duties if I am outside of the United States?”

It depends on your local government and how they assess the shipment.
