ORDERING, SHIPPING, AND IMPORTING INFO

Orders that are flagged by our system may be held back for further review.
 Due to increased credit card fraud attempts, Bishop Tattoo Supply works to make sure you and your card are safe. Our system may flag orders as high risk - in this case, our team will follow up with you to verify your identity and make sure it's really you placing the order. Orders may be delayed due to this outside of our standard processing times - any expedited shipping will occur after the order is approved by our management team and processed.
 

All of our online orders ship from our warehouse in Austin, Texas.
 Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it is made, as our headquarters is located in Lake Forest, CA. Please be sure of your choices before placing the order.
 

Standard products usually ship in between 2 to 3 business days.
 Most orders, once approved, will ship within 2 to 3 business days. We strive for faster shipping times, so it may be sooner than that. Our warehouse closes at 5pm Mountain Standard time - please take note of this to plan your orders accordingly. Additionally, our warehouse is closed on the weekends, so orders placed after business hours on Friday through Sunday should ship Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships. Expedited shipping will occur after the order is processed.
 

Tattoo machines may take up to 14 business days to ship.
 All tattoo machines are hand built by our team in Lake Forest, California. Due to the nature of our production process, tattoo machines usually ship in between 10 to 14 business days - this may be sooner. We are working now on maintaining a standing inventory at our warehouse, so this is more situational. You will receive an email when your product ships.
 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, all shipping charges are no longer able to be refunded. Exceptions may be made, at our discretion, on a case by case basis.

 

International customers may be charged additional import taxes.
 Pricing for orders on our website do NOT include the various import duties and fees you may be charged upon import. Customs fees, tariffs, VAT, taxes and any other import expense are levied by your local government - the laws vary from nation to nation. The shipping charge you pay is for an insured UPS delivery to get it to the country of destination - we are not responsible for any import fees or brokerage fees that are the result of your purchase. We are also unable to modify any invoices to reflect an inaccurate value.
